Studio Zi animation

Finally finished the Studio Zi animation after weeks deadlining @_@, introducing 15 artists and designers of the studio. The wonderful music is composed by Monica Fadul :P. The first public screening was in June in Het Gemaal for the CBK Studio Zi take-over event in Rotterdam. Later i finished two members and now you can check it here!

Cassette Boy animation

Together with illustrator and designer Kwannie Tang, we were cutting, painting and shooting the promo animation 'Cassette Boy' for the Popunie. If you know kids with super talent for music, send them to Popunie for the Highschool Music Competition :D! Registration is till the end of October. There are three categories where they can apply for: Hip Hop, Loud music and Pop! Check the promo!

'Yokai Parade' in Studio Zi

Since April joined the art collective Studio Zi with several artists and designers with a Chinese background. Check the website for upcoming projects or feel free to visit the pop-up studio and atelier at the Middellandstraat 50 in Rotterdam! Unfortunately not much time to update my stuff anymore.

Together with illustrator Claire Schumacher we could finally finish the last details of our painting 'Yokai Parade' in the studio. So you're more than welcome to visit us and check work of the other artists with a nice cup of traditional tea!

Screening 'Kraai' at the Pictoplasma festival!

Happy to hear that next week 'Kraai' (or 'Crow') will be screened at the Pictoplasma festival in Berlin!! It will be in the Kid's programma on Saturday 9th of April! If you have the chance go and check it :D. Pictoplasma festival will be great with lots of expo, screenings and all the stuff character designers are dreaming of!

to the Birthday March people

Another year, another birthday and noticed there was a lot in March! Got this mesmerizing mirascope and friends (me included) were crazy about it! It's a ufo shaped mirror device with a 3d hologram effect (but can't touch it). Perfect to put on your desk and make some kids totally wild and crazy :P. Thnx for the great day :P, other great stuff, sweet messages and hip hip hurray for all the bday people!

OMG the 4th Dimension!

New Vids of Project MOHAC

Finally we uploaded two new video's of our first gig at GLR in Rotterdam.
Project MOHAC is an electronic band with the great musicians Monica Fadul (keyboards/voice) , Hayang Kim (keyboard/voice) and Clint Marana (Crowded Beats, drums/beats). Nuudoru did the visuals/VJ part :P, it was a challenge to mix live video's and animation, but a great experience with hard working energetic students as crowd! Hope more to come in the future!
