Octopus at Solar 2012!

Together with Kwannie Tang we finished our Octopus at the Solar Weekend Festival. It was floating in the big lakes Maasplassen during the summer festival in Roermond. The big friendly octopus has tentacles between 4 to 6 meters with a 2,5 meters head coming out of the water. In the night Octo Solar got lightened up for a great view at the lake. We enjoyed the festival a lot and would also like to thank all the volunteers who helped us. Hopefully Octo Solar will appear somewhere in the summer again :D!

For the Solar Weekend Festival, Kwannie and me send our pitch project 'Octopus' and we got selected to build our big installation this coming summer, keep you updated!!!

'Recycle Memories' expo of Studio Zi at GB5

Coming expo 'Recycle Memories' of several artists of Studio Zi. The opening will be on the 10th of June in the gallery GB5 in Rhoon!

Studio Zi animation at Motel Mozaique festival!

My Studio Zi animation will be programmed on the big video wall in Schouwburg during the Motel Mozaique festival! Free entrance on Friday 20th April from 13.00-18.00 and Saturday 21st April from 11.00-18.00 (or if you have ticket also in the evening :P). Go and check it out!!

Taste of Memories won the 'Nieuwe Maan' museumnacht price!

Studio Zi won the 'Nieuwe Maan' price with the Museumnacht Rotterdam project Taste of Memories! Thnx to the visitors, help and support :D!!

Wensdraak bij Museum Rotterdam voor een gelukkig Chinees Nieuwjaar!

Naar aanleiding voor het Chinese Drakenjaar, hebben Kwannie Tang en ik voor Museum Rotterdam/Schielandshuis een grote wensdraak gemaakt met duizenden bevestigde wensen van bezoekers. Voor twee weken lang kan je zelf een wens op een wenslint schrijven en aan de draak vastmaken zodat die beetje bij beetje aangekleed wordt. Nog bedankt aan allen die ons hebben geholpen! Nog een gelukkig Drakenjaar!
